"Owner, David Marshall, was very accommodating in getting someone on our job when we called. We had one carpenter first, and then David provided another skilled carpenter in a timely fashion to help the first carpenter with installing railings and hand rails. The first carpenter finished up all the trim work on the structure.
We had a couple errors early on, but on the whole we were very pleased with the work performed, and the skill of the carpenters, as well as their demeanor and ease of working. Enjoyed working with them. David was also very easy to work with and accommodating. Was easy to communicate with them and they had good understanding of what needed to be done.
Project turned out very well, looked great, and had good comments on it.
The price you pay is premium because David has a good organization of providing different workers and managing them well to provide for clients and for the workers he is hiring. But he does a very good job of it.

"Excellent. And I NEVER say that. He was prompt, polite, and respectful of my home. He came prepared with everything he needed and did not have to spend time rummaging around in his truck, calling the office, or going to the store for parts. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently without leaving a mess. The price was also reasonable and fair. I am very happy that I checked with Home Adviser before hiring and I will definitely call Eric Stone the next time I need a plumber."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to. You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
