Went over what needed done before they sent their people, offered options on monthly or every other month visits, and really did a great job trimming overgrowth and removing debris, as well as taking care of weeds in the front that were getting bad. Backyard is somewhere we want to spend time now, not look at it as a chore that needs attention."

When I called again, I was told they would need to provide a new estimate since a 4 or 5 months had passed. I sent a request by email and got no response. They never responded to follow up phone call or email requesting a new estimate. I hired someone else to actually perform the repair work to the roof tile and skylights, so I can't comment on the quality of their actual work."

"Nick came over today to help clean up our yard since the county brush and bulky pick-up in this coming Monday. Nick did a great job and help cut down a large tree limb that was hanging over our sidewalk. We also had some tile work done in our bathroom. Since I use a wheelchair he greatly improved the entrance to the shower area with some mosaic tile. it was a very difficult area to work in and he did a great job. He was promptly on time and finished as promised.

They refinished and repaired treads on 30 year old floating staircase when others wanted to replace with new. Wood was cracked and full of nail and staple holes. They recognized the wood is high quality white oak and worth salvaging however! They are professional, responsible, considerate and detailed in their work. True craftsman who love what they do. The steps looks exquisite! I'm super happy and impressed. I would hire them again."

"Great job except we discussed on the phone that we did not have nails so he would need to bring them. He used a staple gun instead and I would have liked the choice of saying yes or no. He never mentioned the staple gun and my husband was inside the house so he did not notice until the job was complete. One of the nails went through the lights so not even sure we can use that strand next year. In fairness to the installer we did not let him know how we felt because it was already done. I don't recall the exact date but it was the beginning of December.
