"The contractors themselves were nice; however, my contract was not met. my contract stated: 1. The roof will be thoroughly cleaned using a high pressure power washer. 2. Wrap and seal the base area of all protrusions using poly membrane. 3. Resurface the scuppers into their transfer pans using poly membrane. 4. Install poly membrane to the base of the AC stand. My appointment was supposed to be in the morning and they did not show up until 130 in the afternoon and were only here about 1.5 hours. There is no way all of that was done in that time period. I think they sealed only and left."

"We are the owners of a townhome in Oro Valley, Arizona and recently had the pleasure of working with Michael on some roof and gutter repairs to our home. He came in the day after we called him and gave us a quote to repair the damaged wood, remove the gutters and some sundry other wood that was damaged, supply all the wood that was somewhat rare and not used much in today's construction. He said he would need a day to get the supplies and would start the following day and complete the work in one (1) day. He started bright and early and completed all the work in a very workmanlike fashion, cleaning up after each step. He hauled away all debris as well as the gutters and left our place spotless. You wouldn't have known anyone was there. We highly recommend him and give him an excellent rating for his work."

After review of our roof, Mark submitted estimates for both a substantial repair and a full replacement. We chose the replacement after Mark explained the pros and cons of each process. He also explained up front that the scope of work may increase due to the condition of the plywood under the existing roof. The work began on schedule. We were kept up to date on issues as they arose. The project turned out to be on the more difficult end of the estimate due to the poor condition of the old roof. Mark and his crew made sure we were aware of changes to the scope of work through constant communication and we were made very comfortable with the necessity of the changes. We received an updated contract so there were no surprises. The crew was respectful of our property and left the job site in great condition.
