Since they determined that 15mins into the service call, I had them also replace an old external water spigot that was hard to turn on. They did a great job with that, even replacing the bib pipe since it had rusted and had minimal breaking into the wall."

It was clearly time to replace our old tank-type water heater. We settled on a more efficient tankless as a replacement. The installer team arrived that same day, with ALL of the parts and pieces needed for a clean and efficient installation. We also discovered very high water pressure in the house which was addressed by installing a heavy-duty PRV valve. Overall an excellent professional installation. We are very pleased."
