"Based on the listing on Angie's list and reviews showing ROOFING, I contacted this company about a new roof. They contacted me immediately saying that they don't do new roofs only REPAIR. This may not be the company's fault, but is a waste of users' time."

"Satisfied with the whole experience with Chuck. Work was started promptly after initial meeting and agreement. Had the entire flat roof redone with new underlayment; and two smaller tiled roof sections over porch areas were redone with new paper underneath. Had one heavy rainstorm since the work was completed with no issues, so time will tell. Satisfied with the pricing also. Would use Chuck again."

"fantastic job! we will definitely call them again when we need our roof repaired."

"Six Stars!! Southwest Rooofing and Design is the best! After a severe wind burst rearranged about 20% of tiles on the rear roof of my house, a day before a heavy rain was forecast, Southwest had a team over to cover the exposed roofing to prevent water damage. By the end of the first day a comprehensive contract was prepared and signed. In less than a week after the initial wind damage the entire new roof was installed and looking good! Each of the four work days started right on time with a fully staffed work crew of eight (8) including supervision. Each day's work was docummented with summaries recorded on the pictures. These summary reports are made possible by an audio visual app called 'GroupMe' with a copy provided to the customer. Each day ends with a complete site clean up. In-process inspections occur each day with the final quality check performed by Ramon Ayers, President of Southwest roofing & Design."

"I had such a great experience with Renewal Roofing, Remodeling & Air. The technician Alex was incredibly friendly, honest, and very sweet. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly, including things I might need down the road ? no pressure, just honest advice. I really appreciated how professional and thorough they were. It?s hard to find service like this these days. Highly recommend them for anyone needing A/C or home services!"

"The owner Mr. Cruz was easily accessible for any questions. All pricing was upfront and transparent. The quote was very reasonable for the roof repair and replacement. When the house was built in 2001, the builders saved by spacing the tiles too far apart. The roof was replaced to code and over 150 additional tiles needed to be added. Time was taken to match the new tiles to the current usable tiles. Very happy with the results. This was a roof repair/replacement. The house is in Tucson but I currently live in Georgia. Communication was very good between the company, my renters and myself. This is my forever home for when I can come back to Tucson and I am grateful that this roof should last for years to come."

"Mark contacted me to meet. His guy got on the roof, found the rotted wood and under lament that was turning to dust. Explained how they put 15 year paper down under 50 year tiles. Roof was built in 2002 (17 years old). Gave me 3 options and the best for me was to redo the under lament of the entire roof so I don't have to worry about this again. He put a temporary patch over the current leak until he could schedule me (about a month out). Called when they were ready and got it done quick. Super Happy!"

"Very easy simple process. West Coast Roofing was on time and did great work. They even repaired an issue caused by another contractor!"

"L&J Exteriors and Remodeling replaced our tile roof, repaired and extended our back patio roof. We are extremely pleased with the services provided by L&J. Luis and Jacqueline were professional, courteous, maintained outstanding communication from day one until the final walk through, and adhered to the prices established in the contract. The crew arrived on time every day, was polite, and conducted a thorough clean up at the end of each day. Our roof looks fantastic! Thank you L&J! We highly recommend L&J Exteriors and Remodeling. Give Luis and Jacqueline a chance to help you with your next project."
