"I’m not sure where to start with this review. I faced several challenges with insurance and finding the right contractor to take care of spring storm damage and make repairs to work a previous contractor performed to my home. I met with Al Birkenmeier and showed him everything that needed to be repaired. The QUALITY of the materials and work done was impeccable and reminded me of how things use to be done years ago. Bobby, the carpenter, treated me respectfully and didn’t cut corners. Al only uses subcontractors he trusts to do the same quality work and ALL of those subs did exactly that! My house is fixed and is warmer due to the other work that needed to be redone just in time for winter. I can’t thank Al, Bobby, and the Subs enough and I appreciate ALL of the work done. The work wasn’t just good enough, it was above and beyond my true expectations!"

"This company absolutely sucks!!! They will not stop harassing me with phone calls. They've called about 15 times, and I've told them each and every time that i no longer need help. And they won't stop!!! I had to report them to angis list. I would have reported them to BBB but they dont seem to exist anywhere except here and some website called Houzz where their account is suspended. I dont think this is a real company. Beware!!!!!"

"This is the second time we’ve hired GA Chott during the past 15 years. We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is unsurpassed. We had an inspector ask us about who did the work so that he could contact them for a job in his own home. The quality and attention to detail were incredible. James is purely a rockstar – he works quietly (considering it included demo and the like), cleanly and respectfully. He kept us in the know along the way and really brought the details together. He was always available when we had questions and did quality work from top to bottom. Most of all, James really treated our home as though it was his own. The coordination of the project (which included several required inspections) was all handled by Angie and team. She is a great communicator, and that can’t be overlooked in a project of this scale. Again, she was always available for any questions we may have, and made it feel like we were their only clients. Darryll helped us navigate decisions and brought the full plan together. When we encountered a couple of small issues, he was quick to address and correct them, and assured that things were properly handled. This was a large, 8-week project. We did our homework and acquired several bids. GA Chott wasn’t the cheapest (or the most expensive), but they were clearly the best choice. We give our highest recommendation. You’ll be pleased with both the quality of the work and how it’s handled throughout the process."

"We are very happy with our shower/tub to shower only installation. Our installers, Gavin and Kenny, were great! They arrived on time, were very professional, kept us posted on their progress, and did a wonderful job with both the installation and the cleanup. We also are having a second bathroom done, and are glad we chose Jacuzzi to do the work."

"Bath Fitter did an amazing job upgrading our shower. We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. Bath Fitter gave us a competitive quote. The install took a full day. The shower is a larger custom size but they handled it like pros. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away. We chose the Delta 2 in 1 Hydrorain shower head and instantly loved it. The best part? Our shower no longer leaks! Very happy with Bath Fitter’s work."

"Shawn and his guys do amazing work. From the first time I met him, I knew he was honest and professional in what he does. There was a problem with flooring issue during the job and he fixed it for me. Just today, I had an issue with my doors sticking and he came to fix it. He is a stand up guy for sure. "To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather.
