These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. "This guy put the fence and gave a five year warranty and then ghosted me because I called him over the mess he made. We got a little wind from a storm and the panels settled leaving gaps because he did not install properly. would not answer the phone for warranty. I wrote a bad review and he finally answered with a text telling me that if I took back the bad review he would come fix my fence after it's been months. This guy is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay way clear of him. He tried to make the ordeal after the fact as an act of God that his fence was not improperly put up The whole fence was doing this. This is just one little section"
