"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done they cleaned up and as I walked the yard with them and each time I asked a question or pointed something out they patiently answered all questions. "They gave me a very reasonable quote and I said do it and they did. They are very experienced roofers for such young men. They wore special roofer boots and scaled the roof like mountain goats. They completed the job very quickly and took pictures on their phone and showed me what they had done. They suggested I set some traps in the attic in case any critters were still inside. They were very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction and I intend to use them for other projects next spring (facia board replacement, balcony rail replacement, painting roof eaves that were neglected by house painter, and more)"
