If there is an emergency we will be at your house within 24 hours to correct the problem or immediately if absolutely necessary. Our products have a 2 year warranty, no questions asked. We have several different billing options depending on the scope of the project (New Construction or Retrofit/Remodel). We generally ask for 50% down payment, followed by weekly payments for labor, and ending with the remainder of the total cost upon finishing the job. For small retrofits, or jobs that don't take that long, we ask for 50% down and the remaining 50% upon completion. We do accept credit card payments but we pass all fees and charges along to the customer if they choose to pay with credit. We do offer financing. Terms, Interest rates, and duration of payments are all based on the individual. We extend all special offers from the manufacturer to the customer. We periodically have our own special promotions which may include a coupon or discount for customer referrals.
