"When looking for a quality contractor to repair your roof you are bound to run into a lot of different salespeople. Avalon was one of three contractors I requested bids from. I won’t disrespect the other companies that came to my home, but if you are lucky enough to get Dan Wright as your sales person - sign the contract. He is not only a knowledgeable salesman, but a wonderful human being. He doesn’t try to strong arm you, doesn’t pressure you into making an answer, and really doesn’t come off that he “has the job” until you tell him he has the job. He truly wants to help you make an educated decision on what is best for you and your home. Everything he told me would happen was delivered by his company. The crew were great. My roof was installed quickly and professionally. I didn’t really find that much debris left over once the job was done. All my leaks are gone. I am completely ecstatic with the outcome and appreciate that Dan kept in contact with me throughout the project and followed up with me after the roof was on. Highly recommend him."

They poured a new concrete pad, constructed a large pole-structure porch with standing seam metal roof, and installed a new patio french door. Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. The crew is patient and spend time discussing the customer's options before beginning work. The project was completed on time and within budget. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. "These guys were ABSOLUTELY fantastic! My husband and I own a flat roof home and we had roofing contractors come out to look at our roof and laugh. Irish's flat roof team is led by an experienced (I think he said 20 years) flat roof foreman, who really went above and beyond. We had a huge two day storm in the middle of our project and not only were these guys out DURING the storm to make sure it was holding, but also came out in the evening to reapply temporary metal that had fallen off in the storm. Absolutely awesome contractors. You would have thought it was their house with the amount of care and concern they exerted.
