"When the first plumber came out, he confirmed that we needed a new water heater and that he would be back on Monday between 12n-4pm but closer to noon. As that time came and went, we checked back with the company who had our service scheduled for Wednesday instead. Normally, we wouldn't have cared about the delay but we had already been without water for 6 days in order to minimize the leaking. The company made arrangements and another plumber showed up that afternoon. He did an AMAZING job!! We would definitely us R Carr Plumbing again!!"

He tried to charge me $400 to install a part (it took my neighbor 20 minutes to do the whole job) but, better than that, he tried to tell my one-year old water softener wasn't a good unit and that I should buy a new one from him to the tune of $3000+. I can't say enough negative things about this whole experience. Beware of Chuck's Plumbing - he might have been good in the past but he is now a vulture."
