"We first became aware of this company at a home expo. We were in need of additional insulation in our attic and were looking into a ridge vent being installed as well. During inspection, we realized we needed a roof too. We negotiated a fair price for all three requested jobs and work started about a month later. During the job, the workers mistakenly trashed our gutter helmets and some were damaged beyond repair. We discussed this with our project manager and they were ultimately replaced free of charge. During the insulation install, the workers dropped a hammer through our ceiling and left a hole. It was repaired very nicely within a couple of days and you can’t even tell it happened. The cleanup after was very thorough. I found 1 or 2 pieces of metal after, but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve seen other companies leave behind on jobs for my neighbors. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the work performed and the price paid. Aside from the somewhat pushy sales tactics on the front end, I’d highly recommend this company."

The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. Once an acceptable match was found; the work was completed promptly and correctly. Every effort was made to satisfy me (the customer) and they succeeded. I would hire them again for future needs."

"This was a gazebo roof replacement. Shingles were covered with moss and 5 of the 8 panel edges were wet rotted. Repairs required 4 or 5 sheets of 3/4" plywood and 2 X 4 supports be replaced before the new shingles could be installed. The roof pitch is very steep and slippery under the removed shingles. All of this required slow, careful work that Robert tackled himself, not a group of subcontractors. The finished work was exactly what I contracted for and I am completely satisfied with the quality and appearance of the job. Robert and Casey were a great team and displayed excellent people skills.in my interactions with them, which was daily. "Zack was serously sick at the time and we had some scheduling problems but he sent his partner to do the work. Did an outstanding job on my old very dirty roof which was stained from decades of leaves. I had some concerns about the pressure on the shingles but the advanced brush technique used for all the pressure washing and chemicals on roof made it look new again. Likewise the other areas. The deck which was in terrible shape had two coats applied by brush as I requested and easily the best it has ever looked! Would use again in a heartbeat since I have had some very bad staining jobs in the past from other companies. Nice to have someone who does their own work and knows the technique."
