"When Andy and I had our initial conversation he was very personable and easy to talk to. He asked all kinds of questions about the furniture I needed cleaned and gave me a price quote explaining all the steps involved. As promised, he showed up promptly earlier than on time. Andy used his experience with chemicals and pH knowledge to transform my puffy musty dusty love seat, chair, ottoman, all the cushions, and even the decorative throw pillows. They look amazing and everything smells great! He even removed an old water stain from an armrest and below. He seemed like a stand-up guy who is eager to please with an honest day's work and values family time. I will definitely be calling up on him again to clean my rugs and anything else I can find!"

"The company sent someone right out to clean stains off my couch and they did an amazing job. No complaints."

"Darren was professional, on time, and did a great job."

"James was the most professional and polite person we interviewed. When he came into our home, he was very respectful of our home and property. James provided evidence of insurance prior to coming to our home. He did a great job, and we would definitely hire him again!"

"Top-notch service from the initial phone consultation through to the service-persons professional demeanor, quality work and meaningful cleaning suggestions. Excellent company!"

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Excellent. Richard was clean, neat, professional, knowledgeable, and overall a salt of the earth guy to do business with. I did a ton of research online on carpet cleaning equipment and processes so I considered myself an educated consumer. Of all of the contractors I interviewed over the phone Rich was the only one that was able to answer ALL of my questions in great detail and was very pleasant to deal with over the phone. He did not once make me feel like I was bothering him. The day Rich arrived it was snowing. He went to great lengths to protect my floors and my freshly painted hallway walls. The carpet looks, feels and smells clean. I was originally planning on tearing out our basement family room carpet, but Rich made it look like it was brand new. He even removed latex paint stains out of our carpets. The result was better than perfect. He even left us with shoe covers and a free bottle of carpet stain remover."

"We have had Frank and his employees clean the carpets in pour previous property many times.  Most recently we were having the carpets cleaned after a renter moved out and we were putting the property up for sale.  The best way I can describe their work is to say that it is true to their name, "Like New Again".  In fact each time we have had them out to clean our carpets the carpets looked brand new again.  The technicians were very knowledgable and cautioned us appropriately on tough stains after the renters had moved out.  However, all the stains came up.  They have always been prompt and always give us a follow up call to make sure everything went well.  Even though we have never had any problems with the service, I am confident that Frank would fix anything that we found lacking.
