"Diam Pest Control will be the only pest control company I will use. James arrived right on time and immediately began to assess the problem. We were originally quoted for a higher price but once he looked at the problem he made an honest call that saved us money. He was very professional (wore shoe covers), kind, and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough about this company! Don't think twice, give them a call."

We are a small veteran-owned pest control startup based in Altoona, Iowa. I started this business to provide affordable pest control to my clients. We are a family-focused company and will maintain that as we grow.

"Sure It was preventive treatment which was done well"

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"Dan was very thorough in his work and even came out the day we first spoke to look around our property for the initial quote. He is passionate and dedicated to his work. Very detailed treatment as well. I strongly recommend Rhoades Pest Control for anyone experiencing carpenter ants anywhere on their property. Thank you, Dan."

"
Dave is always able to make an appt. with us that is convenient for us and is great about working with our crazy schedules.  He initially sprays around the outside of our home and garage.  Once he's done spraying the outside perimeter, he sprays around the perimeter of each room inside the house to create a barrier for bugs that get inside.  He's courteous about moving things out of the way so he can spray along the baseboards and floor.  He also takes his shoes off at the door since he knows we don't wear our shoes in the house.  Dave has excellent customer service skills and he's committed to providing quality work."

"Prompt and good to work with. Considerate of our property - they had to work both inside and outside to accomplish the mission. They made sure everything was left as they found it."

"First visit was acceptable. Need to see future applications to observe the bugs control."

"Great service! Job done right and thorough. No pests for the 3 months until service was due again. Very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Would recommend."

"Gene did everything he said he would at the time he said he would. We will continue to use for our annual treatments. Gene explains things well and never shorts you on service."
