Leo was on-site overseeing the job and working almost all of the time. His crew was friendly, polite and hard-working. They went the extra mile - giving the side of our house that gets sun an extra coat of paint and even using the power washer to get rid of moss on our patio. Leo has high standards and great attention to detail, and would point out anything that needed special attention. A couple weeks later it began to start peeling off like a river birch. At this time I called and left Don a voicemail, and sent an email. Waited a week to follow up again, still nothing. After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed.
