"I sincerely appreciate hiring a capable pro at a reasonable rate vs the inflated estimates of $300 - $500 by the pros with big marketing ads. Jon was professional, on time and courteous. Jon got the job done successfully, in spite of a challenge or two because d/w was used and I didn't have new connection kit. I have a new/used working dishwasher again at a rate I feel was very reasonable and didn't leave me feeling like I was taken advantage of because it was a job I was incapable of doing."

"He called me everyday either to let me know he wasn't gonna make it or he was on his way. When he arrived he was very knowledgeable and well mannered. He fixed our dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine. Reasonable prices and he told me up front how much before he fixed them. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Very fair service call rate. Extremely efficient and clean. Original diagnosis was a burned out dishwasher motor, a $180 part. However John cleaned out some broken glass that got through the pump strainer and it worked just fine. No parts needed. He could have soaked me $280 and I wouldn't have known any better. Call John and Kim!!!!"

He was personable and cleaned up when the job was completed. I had done some research and got cost estimates. His rates were fair and the work was very well done.
