"Very well. We liked the design and found the carpenters and electrician to be very skilled. All of the work was fairly well coordinated and the job was pretty much completed by 10 weeks, which we were told to expect. There were a few smaller issues that took a few requests to get addressed after that. Communication was part of the day to day challenge, and when we had questions or requests, it was a little confusing as to who to contact. This was our first remodel and if I were to do it again I think that I would appreciate more daily supervision. When the wall guys were here, there were problems that came up that had to be dealt with through the supervisor over the phone. Also, the floor company did not finish the perimeter of the room and we had to complete that ourselves. All in all, we found the workers to be experienced, just not supervised very well. The carpenters excluded, because they were great and did a fantastic job."
