"Ted was great! He arrived right on time and was super nice. We had no idea what was wrong with the garage door - it stopped working a while ago and we just detached it from the motor and were pulling it up and down by hand, and then I accidentally got it stuck a foot off the ground (so Ted had to crawl under the door on the snowy ground - sorry!). He figured out that the bearings just needed to be lubricated and door reattached to the motor. He replaced the batteries in the keypad too. It was a much easier (and cheaper) fix than I thought it would be. He just charged us the minimum for labor. 20 minutes later and the garage door works perfectly!"

"Garage door replaced last November. Arrived on time and was happy with completed work. Was advised of how to maintain garage door and parts. New door is great!"

"I didn't use Champion Garage Doors. I used another AL-recommended vendor, who did a GREAT job. I am NOT giving Champion a bad review, I just didn't work with them, and I know nothing about them."

"Farmhouse Garage Doors did a great job replacing my garage door opener. The install was quick, smooth, and professional. They responded very quickly and came in $200 under any other quote I received. Highly recommend for quality work and great pricing!"

"My husband and I have had several issues with the product we chose through Precision Garage Door. I’ve had to make more calls than I would like to address these issues, as has my husband. We certainly don’t like to be “those people” and aren’t looking to find issues out of nothing. The very last issue we had was another manufacturer issue to the door (small dents) and what we also thought was an installation issue due to a couple of the problems we saw with the chain/ door operation. We called on the Friday prior to Memorial Day and since our door is still under warranty, was able to get a no-cost appointment made with a technician for the Tuesday following Memorial Day. On Tuesday the technician was due to show between 8am and 10am. We both took the morning off work so we could be present to address the concerns with the technician. Unfortunately it started to creep up into the 10am hour and no technician had showed yet - a bit frustrating. So we called Precision Door and they ensured someone would be out to assist. Jason Schuster was the Install Manager who ended up showing to address our concerns. He was absolutely phenomenal. From the time he took to listen to our concerns and address each one with us, to the “above and beyond” steps to ensure our satisfaction and issues were addressed. He even performed an installation to sturdy our door and help ease our fears and concerns - something that fell out of the install teams hands but because he knew what to do, he took the time and did it. Jason was extremely thorough with his reasoning and brought factual education to the table to ensure we understood the product we purchased and how to know when it’s a manufacturers issue verse installation issue, and so forth. He was great, I’d hands down recommend him as and Install Manager and is an extremely ethical individual who takes pride in his work. Jason made a positive impact to my husband and I, and also changed our perspective on the company Precision Door as a whole. I hope Precision Door knows that they a good one with Jason and find ways to incentivize his superior performance, workmanship, and customer service."

"They were timely, professional, explained what needed to be done and why, and did a great job fixing our door!"

"I thought the garage door opener would have a "light when it opens" but did not and i was not told before purchase, i thought it would obviously have "two remote openers" but it did not an extra charge and i was not told ahead of time, one of the "upper supporting brackets" for the new garage door opener replacement did not match and one was added for extra money and i was not told ahead of time, i miss the missing light every time i open the garage door, if the representative would have told me then i would have paid more money for a better model"

"James came out, fixed the garage door opener and a few other things that needed repair. Garage door now works better than before and is much quieter."

"Tom recommended a door based upon my needs, and he informed me of what needed to be done to repair the jambs that had wood rot. During installation, he notified me of a problem with the location of my garage door opener from the previous installer (off center), and he moved it for me at no extra charge. When the job was complete, he gave me maintenance advice and even recommended a product to use for door lubrication. The new door looks great! I couldn't be happier."
