In addition, Rob spent the time to explain the process and products that were going to be installed during the quote. Rob came back out to inspect the lot prior to installation to discuss where each sprinkler head will be placed. The day of installation went as smooth as it possible can. The team identified issues with our drain pipes that the builder incorrectly installed. They fixed the drain pipes to ensure water was properly being removed from the house foundation. This is very important when the sprinklers were running three times a day for new sod. After the installation, I called a few times for adjustments to the sprinkler heads and the company was able to have someone out within a couple days. "They seem to be very busy, so I didn't get an immediate call back from my message, but when I got a hold of them the next day they were very helpful in finding time to schedule someone to look at my irrigation system. I wasn't sure if the new sod could be watered with the existing system or if I would need to add on. They have repairmen who do the work, but only the owners provide quotes, so she scheduled a repairman to come out on a Thursday morning and the owner on Saturday if the repairman couldn't get it to work for my lawn. They did not show up during the three hour window. When I called in, I found that they were confused by the two dates in their system and cancelled the Thursday service. She apologized and had someone come out later that day. The repairman was excellent and was able to adjust the irrigation system to cover the new sod."

"After obtaining 3 bids on my sprinkler system project, I selected Dale Hurt of Hurt Irrigation , Inc. Dale's bid was in the middle and I selected him for the impression he gave of being knowledgeable about his craft and a person of his word. He was prompt to start work and finished the project as promised. After paying him in full I discovered that a few of the sprinkler heads needed adjusting for height. In both instances Dale came out the next day to adjust.  I believe that the true test of a contractors integrity, is the timeliness in which service calls are made even after being paid in full.
