CK Tile and Stone is by far one of the best services I have ever had work on my house. We had a very old 80s style linoleum floor in our kitchen/bathroom/backdoor entry way. Chris came over and gave a very reasonable estimate. He was very responsive and helpful in planning out the project. Kevin and Joe did the removal and installation. They were very meticulous and hard working. Great guys to have at your house!  They even came back on a Saturday to wrap up some of the details. "It has been several years since Floors by Dave installed hardwood in my kitchen, so this review is a little out of date. However, it also means I have lived with the floors since then, so it may have more value to you. Floors by Dave needed to match the existing
60-year old quarter-sawn red oak already throughout the house, and it's a perfect match. That involves considering the width of the boards, the grain and the natural color of the wood before it's stained. (Note: unless you want to refinish all of the existing flooring, there will be a slight difference between the old and new until the stain fully matches the existing hardwood.)
I was actually living out of town when the work was done but it was done when promised and didn't take any longer than expected. Every decision was made over the phone and I had to take a little leap of faith. There were no unexpected expenses either. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the quality and appearance of the floors. All of the details, like how the floors are trimmed at the walls and the transition between kitchen and dining room are exactly as I would have wanted (if I had actually thought to request it.) And they have held up perfectly even in the imperfect environment of a kitchen where liquids and food get all over. They are easy to clean and look about as good as they did 3-1/2 years ago.
I would have no hesitation recommending Floors by Dave to anyone looking for top-notch work. They probably aren't the cheapest, but it's worth every penny."

"I later met a tile layer that I decided to hire for that part of the work, and then decided to manage the project on my own. Originally, I thought I could save quite a bit of money this way, but I didn't save as much as I thought. I would recommend hiring the above gentleman.

"They would listen to you and did what you wanted in the remodeling of all my counter tops. They made suggestions that saved me money and I changed some of my ideas.
