He told me what needed to be done how much it would cost and when he was available. When he arrived and after some time of trying to repair he realized I needed a whole new panel. He took the piece and went and got a new one, which I'm glad he did cuz Lord knows I didn't have a clue where to get a new one. The new piece looks great. Will most definitely use them again. "
