"The water heater pilot would not stay lit. The thermocouple had recently been replaced, under warranty, Bertolucci Brother's came out quickly and were able to relight the pilot. They informed me that if it happened again, the thermocouple would need to be replaced under warranty again."

"EXCELLENT! At 9 am this morning, my son walked in and said, "Mom, the tub faucet broke off!" And it did - the faucet had broken clean through and water was pouring out of the broken faucet into the tub. And for a very reasonable charge. $ 450 to shut off water, completely remove and replace old faucet including related handles and so forth, and roto rooter the drain since it had been running slow and might as well get it fixed while they're here. to know exactly what he was doing. He answered any questions I had, and
went out of his way to get the job done. We had a light drizzle during
his installation, and he volunteered to get on the roof to complete the
job, instead of having to reschedule on a non-rainy day. I really
appreciated his willingness to get the job done in one visit, rather
than having to reschedule days down the road. Kudos to Patrick. I will
certainly contact Stuart Services if I need future electrical work
