To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. "I had a serious pigeon problem on my terrace( droppings , feathers, eggs). They were constantly on my terrace and cleaning it became an overwhelming task for me. I contacted Thomas Handy service over a weekend. 3 days later , New Year’s Eve to be exact, they were there to clean and dispose of all necessary items. In less than 2 hours my terrace and furniture were immaculate and now covered and ready for the spring . I would absolutely hire them again."
