This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. "I initially had a great experience with this construction company, but things quickly went downhill. Communication became terrible, with incompetence and a complete lack of responsiveness. To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story. "I hired Jenson to renovate my bathroom on October 10, 2025, with a contract stating a completion time of 7 to 12 days. However, the renovation was completed on November 25, 2025. The constant influx of workers entering my home, especially my disabled father, made me and him quite uneasy. On December 24, 2025, I reached out to Jenson because the grout was falling out and the senior grab bars were not properly installed. These issues posed a significant safety hazard for my father, who had a stroke and has right side weakness. My father was the sole reason I needed to redo my bathroom. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Jenson, I was assured that someone would come to address the issues. However, as of January 24, 2026, no one has shown up. Jenson had informed me on five separate occasions that someone would be coming, and I was home waiting for them, but they never arrived. Sadly I am left to resolve this on my own. I am disheartened, tired, frustrated and full of regret"
