"Ran camera in 6â tile sewer line from basement to sewer main. Excavated small area of basement concrete to remove circa 1924 leaking tile sewer stack. Ran new PVC sewer stack, tied in existing house lines to new stack and tied back in to 6â tile sewer line. Poured new concrete to cover new PVC sewer line section and tie-in. Removed all debris and swept area. Sewer line work completed in one day. Very professional job that was well planned and executed. Extremely satisfied with work performed and would highly recommend this company. Dustin, Richard and Wayne were polite, personable and very skilled. "I called Roto -Rooter at 11 am today & by about 2 pm the same day the servicemen were at my door & ready to work.  After 3 attempts using the heavy-duty drain snake & then repeatedly checking its progress --the determined mechanics  finally cleared the stubborn kitchen drain so it ran clog-free. They finished the task in about an hour's time.   The service men were very courteous & considerate not to leave a mess. <br /> I have used this same company now 3 times since 2007 & would call them again when needed.  I would  recommend them to neighbors & friends. <br />"

"The provider was able to schedule me next-day when I called to make an appointment.  I was scheduled for an "AM" appointment, and he phoned about 8:30 am on the day of the appointment to get directions to my house, and to let me know he would be there in about 15 minutes.   <br /> <br /> Upon arrival, he unloaded his hoses, connected them to the tank, and started pumping.  When the liquid had all been removed, he used spray from my water hose to break up clumps of solids at the bottom of the tank, and remove them as well.  He did a brief inspection of the tank to see if there were any problems with it, and as it turned out I have a non-critical flaw in the incoming baffle wall. (Nothing I can or need to do about it, but still good to know, I suppose.) <br /> <br /> He then used my water hose to spray down his vacuum hoses, and collected payment.  I paid with credit card -- nice that he accepts cards.  (If a cash discount were available, I would have paid with cash.)  He gave me a fridge magnet and a bottle of septic tank starter / conditioner.   <br /> <br /> Overall, he did exactly what needed to be done, and charged precisely what he said he would when I scheduled the appointment.  (FYI, I did call a few other providers in the area, and the only other one that I managed to get on the phone was $9 more.)"

"He’s been in business for a long time. My mother was here. She had COPD and this house never had an a/c put in. It was put in for her so that it won’t be hard for her to breathe. I have used him a lot over the years. I would recommend him to anyone. I used him when he first started; he was working out of his house. He is honest. He stands behind his work. If you have a problem after he installed something, he is real prompt about getting back to fix whatever you are having a problem with. I would use him again in the future."
