"They do not work with railroad ties. So if your landscaping dates from the 1970's, as ours is, this may not be your company. I can't just leave a note, but must rate the company, so I am giving them a neutral C, although their collection of A ratings, and that they do structural work, led me to call in the first place. I also don't know if I'd use them again, as we aren't using them on this project. I would certainly have them out to do an estimate if we ever decide to replace the ties with masonry."
