He showed me a photo of another issue he uncovered when removing old shingles. Then Miguel went to work - new flashing, sealant, and shingles - around a "dead valley" area. Miguel left the house - roof & ground - as clean as he found it. Repair stood up to its first rain test Wednesday night !"

"Matt was very helpful as we debated between metal and shingle roofs. We decided to go with shingles as we do not expect to stay in the house long enough to make the cost worthwhile. This is unfortunate as metal has many benefits but does not get the credit it deserves when selling.
The crew came early morning and worked into evening to get the job done quickly. They were very polite and respectful of people and property. The property was cleaned after the job done.
