"It started off bad because I had the water heater installed, submitted my paperwork for my rebate for the installation and then my rebate ended up not getting honored because the water heater that was installed didn't qualify for Spire's rebate. Turn's out that the water heater that would fit my location as well as satisfy Spire's rebate, I would have had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for that specific water heater so, the owner of Hosack's Plumbing cut me a check for the amount of the rebate and the amount over time that the new water heater would have saved me. Not the perfect situation but, that was a win win for me as well as Hosack's Plumbing because a good water heater was installed just not one that would quite fit the Spire requirements for the rebate! Hence we didn't need to take a brand new water heater out and replace it with another water heater that was just .05 UEF Higher!"

"We called to get a quote and the office manager was upfront on pricing, answered all my questions, and even encouraged me to get other quotes and I did. I really just wasted my time because a couple hours later I was calling back after getting outrageous quotes or being told they would have to come and inspect it and couldn't give a quote which I didn't have time for all that nonsense. My only regret is not just going with Ambassador right away because I could have gotten in the next day but they got me scheduled for the following day which I couldn't believe it would be that quick. He was very nice and wore shoe coverings and even listened to my dog bark for hours while he worked. There were no secret fees or new charges what I was quoted is what I paid well that and the stupid credit card charge I totally forgot is a thing now in restaurants so have cash or a check to save you more money. I will be using them for any plumbing needs going forward."

"Have a high end faucet that was not letting water flow. I was able to partly fix it but needed help. Purchased a new faucet and called J & E to install. Curt was fantastic. He recommended we keep the Grohe Lady Lux we had because it is much better than the new ones you can get at the local hardware stores. He was able to completely take it apart and drove to Henry plumbing for a replacement part. The cost ended up being half the cost of the new faucet I purchased and was able to return."

Although running late from a previous appointment, he assured me he would keep his promised appointment and arrived at my home around 4 p.m. to bid the project. He quoted me a price for labor that was considerably below other estimates, and provide necessary materials at cost (showing me the purchase receipt). What truly amazed me was that, even though it was quite late to begin the job, he did the work immediately (rather than returning at a later, scheduled date), including running to Home Depot to procure the parts. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and with no surprises. The project was completed totally to my satisfaction, with the worksite cleaned of all debris at completion. I will definitely contact Allin1 Plumbing for my next plumbing project. I should also mention that Maurice, fully capable to perform the needed plumbing, was also congenial, extremely polite, and most importantly, highly professional."

"Smooth as could be from call to completion.  For $279 (Angie's List deal) they came in and reglazed our nasty old tub to a sparkling white new finish.  It was fast, too. Our old tub had been flaking and chipping - it looks BRAND NEW.  The one note of caution that I would say is the smell is AWFUL.  Thankfully, we have an attic fan and a bathroom fan.  It took about 2-3 days before going into the bathroom didn't knock you out. :)  The installer cautioned not to use bathmats on the tub anymore, since they could suction up the coating I guess.  There are options for non-slip aids though.
