I’m a hardworking person who doesn’t like to leave projects half finished or looking sloppy, I can be a bit of a perfectionist. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"These folks were very professional, but my expectation was different than the actual item delivered.  I anticipated they would want to see photos, know dimensions, really "get" my room so they could help me with a design.  I expected something that would reflect my room and help me visualize a design plan.  You know a sketch that took in my window placement and size, doorways, t he fireplace, etc.  They linked me to an online tool that asked several questions about my design style,  I thought it was a great start, but it was actually THE input session.  I did send along some photos as well.  While I hope they were considered in the response I received, it wasn't really evident.  What came back felt more like a moderately canned response built using a visual library of options on their side.   I only completed two of the three rooms I was going to do, as the result wasn't quite what I was looking for.  We'd have been more successful if the description was more detailed about the actual deliverable.  Nice folks and thorough in their follow-up.
