"The salesman Neil is great in the products and service that he sells. He promises to inspect the windows when they are completely installed to make sure that we were completely satisfied and that the job was done to perfection. Once we signed on the dotted line and paid him a check we never heard from him again. We had several different installers before the job was finished. They weren't prompt nor did they call to let you know they were going to be late or one time just didn't show up. They are extremely sloppy and messed up some of the trim on the outside of the house. The office staff is nice and tries to be helpful but they aren't the installers."

I asked prior to repair an estimate on what it would cost and was told "it's hard to tell." It would have been nice if he could have at least quoted me their hourly rate so I would have an idea.
