"He didn't have the supplies needed so he had to run to the hardware store to get more supplies. The quoted cost of $175.00 ended up at $330 which was a lot more than I wanted to pay for the install. The toilet also ended up a 1/2 inch above the floor with a lot of clear sealant around the toilet and I couldn't use the toilet for 3 days while I had to wait for the sealant to dry. I need to clean up around the toilet as their is a bunch of clear sealant around the toilet, however, the toilet does work and the job was completed. He didn't seem confident that the toilet wouldn't leak after the install, but thankfully it doesn't. I would have preferred someone with more confidence in their work."

Brian was my initial contact from Randy Lane and was on-time, clear, polite and friendly. Travis was the master plumber who did all of the demolition, design, installation, clean up, and follow-up communication. The office staff was also always friendly and helpful. This was a big job; roughing in a basement bathroom, including breaking the concrete floor to install drainage, installing venting, and running waterlines for a shower, toilet and sink, coordinating the inspection, replacing the cement and cleaning up.
