McDonough's Services returned my call the same day I called them, and scheduled cleaning the pipe(s) the following day. I received another call the next day confirming someone would be out, and the technician called shortly after that to let me know he would be arriving within an hour, which he did. Chad was personable, and started the job right away.  He cleaned the pipes--to make sure they were clear--but he thought the major problem was the old cap he found lodged inside the pipe; this lodged cap prevented the water from draining properly and so the water backed up from our drain into our laundry room.  Chad said the cap was difficult to get out.  We are very grateful he found it as our laundry room flooding situation has been going on for a long time.  We were very pleased with McDonough?s Services, and would definitely hire them again.

"I was in need of quick and professional service. I called Cutting Edge Sewer and spoke with Joe. He was prompt knowledgeable, very professional and was able to have a technician come out to my home the same day. My floor drain was cleared, and my main line was also cleared solving the problem. I was also given a loyalty discount for being a repeat customer and a warranty. I am beyond happy with this company and will continue to use them for my home needs. Great company to work with and trust!"

"Mike did an excellent job installing a new main breaker panel. The old one was a brand (Federal) that is well known to be unreliable and potentially dangerous. We feel much safer having this project completed by Randy's Electric."

"Here is the revised version: Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs did an excellent job fixing my garbage disposal. They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear, the service was prompt, and the repair was completed with care and attention to detail. I appreciate a company that shows up on time, explains the work clearly, and gets the job done right. I would highly recommend Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs to anyone needing plumbing service or repairs."

"I am rating this business highly even though they werenâ t able to clear my drain. The man worked for several hours but couldnâ t get past the clog. Then he offered me some referrals and didnâ t charge me a dime. He said their (reasonable) fixed rate was for clearing the drain and , because he didnâ t do that, there was no charge. I was pleasantly stunned!"

"The plumber got here in time and explained everything that need to be done.He did a great job"

"Outstanding!! In no time, the drains were running free and clear of that disgusting buildup that I never knew existed. This contractor definitely knew what he was doing. Before leaving he carefully cleaned the little bit of unavoidable mess (really really minimal!) and all I had to do was return a few displaced household items from under my sink. I was extremely happy with the service which is guaranteed for 90 days. Scheduling was very flexible and, upon arrival, the contractor went right to work, not wasting any time. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Great service at a great price! Contractor had a service coupon on Angies List that I used and cost was lowest I found anywhere (well below $100). I don't score service providers easily but in this case, 5 out of 5 stars! I do not hesitate to give this contractor the best rating possible and to recommend him to everyone. In addition to receiving great service at a fabulous price ( & no hidden costs), I was thrilled to hire a veteran that had served our country. Animal lovers - the cats pictured on his web site are his! Really a nice guy."

"The plumber from Randy Lane did a good job of the plumbing work and also a very good job of explaining what he was doing. Our house is fairly old and a lot of sections of copper pipe were corroded. As we can not afford to do all of them at once, we had to replace just the pipes and sections that are most corroded and/or leaky. The plumber helped me prioritize which sections should be re-piped now, and which ones could reasonably be watched and replaced in the future. He explained this clearly and without pressure, then when I decided on the best approach he got to work on it. As always, I have confidence in the work that was performed by Randy Lane. Over the years at our previous house and our current one, we've had several different plumbers from Randy Lane perform various types of plumbing work for us, and the work has always been quality. I highly recommend this company.
