"Entire process went well.  Each and every time I communicated with Paramount, I got a quick and professional response.  They were able to answer questions regarding how to deal with my bar height overhang and creatively able to utilize invisible bracket supports to prevent the need for some type of external bracket or corbel support.
The price was competitive and the bid very detailed so I was able to make sure I was comparing apples to apples.  I especially appreciated the extra time and effort they put in to figure out how to eliminate two seams on the island countertops without an extra charge required.
Once we decided to go with Paramount, they directed me to a couple of granite wholesalers to choose the slabs, once the slabs were at Paramount, I stopped out to discuss the layout with them.   Bryan did the measuring, on a Monday and a week and a half later on a Wed. the countertops were installed.  Entire process less than two weeks.
Lisa's communication through the entire process was professional and always very timely.  
Installation went as planned with the install crew dealing with the invisible brackets with some creative problem solving.  Entire install took 4 hours for all 7 pieces.  Looks great and they look beautiful!  Would highly recommend to friends and family and would use them for future projects.

"We have spent months looking for right people and I am glad it took so long. The responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism have been superior. We had our countertops replaced with granite, replaced sink (including adjustments to plumbing) and garbage disposal, installed marble backsplash, took out 'garage' and had our cabinet doors modified by changing out middle wooden panel with frosted glass. Our kitchen looks amazing. Refreshed and updated; and exactly how we envisioned it."

"Sam did an excellent job repairing our siding.  Since the manufacturer no longer manufactured the exact style, Sam suggested that he could take some existing pieces from the side of the house that had a lot shrub coverage for the repair and replace with a close match.  The replaced pieces are hardly noticeable and hidden by the shrubs. 

His painter also did a great job.  Both gentlemen are friendly and easy to work which is a huge plus from my wife's perspective."

"I was at the end of a long process cleaning up our master bathroom shower, doors taken down, caulk removed, etc.  I wanted to get an estimate on a couple remaining things I needed to complete on the project.  Thought there might be some tile/grout repair needed.  Allen got back to me almost immediately after I requested an estimate on our project via Angie's List.  I think that was a Friday and he was at our house the next day (Saturday) to estimate.  He took a look at our project and estimated it.  Also suggested a few things and it turned out I did not need to regrout the shower after all.  Instead, Allen took some extra unplanned time and recaulked the whole shower for us and at a very fair price (on a Saturday afternoon).  Customer service, quality of workmanship were all great and I'd definitely recommend him."

"I went with somebody else. I thought they did an excellent job, and it is just that they wanted to do the whole package deal and my neighbor was going to do my back splash. I found someone else to do the granite part of it left. They are a very good company, but they were just more expensive than what I went with. I would have gone with them if they had been competitively priced on the granite."

"We hired Fair and Square Remodeling to repair the floor in our kitchen. They sent someone out to review our needs and help us figure out the best route to take with the repair. They were on time, laid floor mats down to keep the dirt out, and were accommodating and respectful to our dogs (making sure Boomer and Kip weren't in the way). The floor repair they did saved us from having to redo our whole floor. All in all, what I really enjoyed about working with them was their ability to problem solve as well as help me manage when and when not to repair and how to move into a full remodel. "Mr. Hal Morris was responsive, detailed and kept us informed of the project. He provided us with a plan, followed through and answered our questions. He was also open to trying new material, copper, to the lattice panels. He also was so kind and installed four steel hooks so we could hang additional plants."

"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.

Dan (the son) was prompt and courteous for the initial consultation and the work.  He was very competent and was able to save a brick arch that my counter contractors couldn't guarantee would stand during the demo.  He did go over his estimate because he encountered about triple the standard/normal amount of concrete or whatever the substrate for the tile was.  Our house is filled with odd/quirky things like that so I wasn't surprised.  He communicated during the job well (explaining what he encountered and seeking approval for the way he planned to deal with it, etc) and he cleaned up the job site well.  He even saved a custom tile inlay in the middle of the demo'd tile that we were hoping to keep.   

Very happy with the results.
