"I just wish i could give an A+++++++++++ Tim, the owner, is a hands-on, straight shooter with fantastic customer service. He is easy to reach at all times -- before, during and after your project is completed. His crews are experts and work hard (sometimes you get one or the other, but not both). He's worked on two roofs for our family, in the 61319 and 63123 zips. The first one, in the city near Ted Drewes, had a stubborn leaking problem. A previous (cheaper) roofer failed to fix it. Tim sized it up immediately, took photos to show the problems clearly, described how his crew would fix it -- and then fixed it. Permanently. (This project was in August of 2019 . . . still no problems as I write this in June 2020. A word about his crew. They specialize in different skills, so you have experts on the shingles, an expert on flashing and metals, an expert on downspouts. And they all come to work. They're punctual. They don't dilly-dally. They NEVER ask to come inside -- and this policy was on our projects were BEFORE the virus. I should also mention Tim's patience. I am no roofing expert. He took the time to explain, in layman's terms, what was happening with my roof. I am picky. He was always approachable when I asked about tweaking something or other. I should note that Triton is not the cheapest option out there. (I'd gone that route and it didn't work out.) With Triton, you'll get top materials, great workmanship, a personal touch -- and peace of mind. HA! Just realized this sounds like a paid political ad. It's not. I'd never met Tim till he came to do his free estimate. It's just an enthusiastic thank-you for someone who solved a nagging problem, as efficiently and painlessly as possible. PS: My neighbor across the street, a single woman, saw Triton's work on my house. I introduced her to Tim, she hired him and now she said her problem is fixed as well. But that's a review she should write herself!"

"After researching many brands of shingles and numerous roofing contractors, we reached out to a few for bids on our roofing job. In our estimation, Coldstream Exteriors and our Project Manager, Brian McDonough, were far and away the most professional and informative of the four contractors that we considered. Brian took his time to explain our options, discuss the pros and cons of two featured shingle brands, and recommended a solution to my concern of inadequate intake ventilation in our attic with a hip roof with no soffit. Nobody else suggested that we consider edge vents to bring in more fresh air at the lower edge of the roof. I had a lot of questions about the materials, the venting and warranties and Brian responded to my numerous emails promptly. The installation crew arrived early in the morning and went to work right away. Brian was on site a number of times during the day to make sure that everything was proceeding well and was meeting my expectations. The crew worked efficiently and the entire roof, along with a very thorough clean-up, was completed by mid-afternoon. Although the bid from Coldstream Exteriors was not the least expensive that we received, it was very reasonable and we are quite pleased with the finished product. Our new shingles look great and we expect them to last for at least 30 years, which is longer than we expect to be in our home. We will likely be doing more exterior improvements next year and will certainly be looking to Coldstream Exteriors to replace our facia, siding and gutters. "We had an excellent experience with Orf Exteriors. They put on a new roof for us in November 2023. Communication was excellent through every step. Chris came out to talk with us, listening to our desires and advising us. He provided us with his bid in a very timely manner. We were kept informed with each step--when the materials would be delivered and when the work would start. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roofing, installing the new and cleaning up. The job was completed in 2 days. Chris came back after the work was completed to check on things and see that we were completely satisfied. There were a couple of things to get wrapped up and Chris continued to check in until everything was complete. After the conclusion of the work, Chris told us to call back if we ever have any concerns or questions. We would definitely use Orf Exteriors again and recommend them to everyone we know."
