"Kopke contacted us immediately and sent someone out the next day to quote our job.  We wanted to replace a truly hideous kitchen floor without spending a fortune.  We remodeled our kitchen about 15 years ago and everything still looked good except the floor.  The dishwasher also needed to be replaced.  Mike came out and suggested using click lock vinyl flooring which could be installed over the existing floor. We went with him to the showroom to pick out the flooring and a new side door.  We agreed the job would be completed in mid-January (about 5 weeks after we met).  About a week later we received a letter thanking us for our business and confirming the job would be complete in January.  The floors and dishwasher were installed on January 12th and 13th, the storm door was installed on January 16th.  Everything was done quickly and professionally.  We couldn't be happier with the service and our beautiful new kitchen floor! <br />"
