"Not good at all. The paver job was ok. Concrete border around pavers kept cracking. Came out to fix several times and still looks terrible. In addition, unfortunately the sealing of the pavers looked like coffee was spilled all over the new pavers and there was brown overspray all over our garage, entry way and brand new white aluminum doors going into our pool area. Garage doors and entry way was never fixed and neither was the aluminum doors. Ricardo wanted to paint the brand new doors which was NOT recommended by the company that installed them because of future cracking and peeling. Ricardo refused to replace the doors. Plus, he has not returned any of my calls or texts. This has gone on for seven months with no resolution. I would not recommend a company that does not stand behind their work! Extremely frustrating to say the least."

"Hydrotech pools refinished our pool white pool to a light blue. Their site describes a first rate process and guarantees excellent results. We noticed immediately that the pool had very poor coverage as the old finish showed through in multiple areas. Photos were sent to Damian and he promised to come out and refinish appropriately. The attached photos show the very poor quality result. After stringing us along for more than a year, I have finally decided to post a review describing the poor quality job and the utter lack of customer service. We have been attempting to communicate with Damian regularly for more than a year and he has had ample opportunity to make the job right. The company claims to be a reputable company, however the treatment we have had from Damian at Hydrotech pools is very unprofessional and shameful."
