"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"He's great. He's worked for me a couple of different times. He's really good and he does a good job. He finishes his work and he's fair. He's innovative when something goes wrong and he can handle it. He's done a really good job. The painter did not do something right. So this guy came back and made the painter fix it right for me. He did not even fuss about it. He just came back and fixed it. They were responsive even when I was not here. They were punctual. They are professional but they are local guys. They come dressed in ordinary clothes but everything was clean each day and swept up. They handled it beautifully. They weren't like other builders where they come dressed professionally and given us their bids and done all that professionally. They are a small company which includes Dean and his two sons. They seem to handle their work in such a way, where they complete one job and move on to the next. They don't put the whole bunch of other jobs together. I would use their services again in the future."

He was able to offer several options and ideas while there and was also able to give opinions as to what changes would meet code or not. "Heather was the designer. The design was the best of the four estimates I got. We had trouble connecting for a design/estimate appointment and she had to cancel the first one. I asked for three wall hooks and the extension of the top shelf, which Storganize added with no additional cost. The installer was prompt and worked cleanly. The patches on the wall did not really bring the patch flush to the existing wall and I had to re-patch visible patches and then painted. However, if I had caught this while the installer was working, I am sure he would have patched to my satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding of which product I ordered. The company's brochure was not up to date and I ended up accepting a price for the classic style that I understood to be for the premium style. However, this discrepancy was settled satisfactorily by splitting the difference between that quote and a lower one to me by Storganize. I am very happy with the closet design."
