"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"The job was long and difficult. The owners watched the entire process to ensure everything was done correct."

"The replacement was completed as per the estimate on Feb 23, 2022. I was advised that the finisher would need to return a second day due to the concrete being "too wet". Within three months the new driveway cracked in several areas. Upon advising the company about my concerns and requesting a written evaluation of the cause I was told the concrete "has no warranty", that "it's a crack, I'm not coming". The company felt that they were just to busy to come back to evaluate and give a written evaluation."

"It went very well. Boucon USA removed my original driveway, hauled off all of the spoils and poured my new driveway all in one day. Very professional and clean. I would be willing to hire them again for any concrete needs."

"It went very well. Very responsive and the finished product is outstanding."

"He responded quickly. He gave me an estimate for the cost and the time and both were accurate. The work was high quality. He is a nice person. I will use him again (soon)"
