"Says he guarantees his work but when I called him to report that the hot water pipe was leaking, the showerhead was leaking, and he didn't put a p trap on the drain, he yelled at me and told me to never call him again and hung up on me. The contract said he'd: install new tiles, which he didn't install a new Delta faucet, which he didn't install a bladder, which he didn't install chrome fixtures, which he didn't So, don't think that if you've got a contract you'll be OK because you won't"

""free estimates"? No. this is untrue. They told my wife it would be $150 just to come out and take a look. Not free. Secondly, they at no point until after the work was done broke down any of the cost of what they were going to charge. We had a small basement drain unclogged. The whole thing took like 45 minutes. Then we got the bill... almost $700 dollars. Nothing itemized, nothing broken down, just a flat fee. So she called. No answer. She emailed, waited 3 days... no answer. She called again, no answer, and left a message. When they finally got back to us we were told it was this much because we were being charged for a "whole service package" including a 1 year warranty. We declined and asked repeatedly how much the warranty was, and how much the service was. They literally COULD NOT answer this. We kept asking for a simple breakdown of fees. She kept evading the question and finally just agreed to refund "$300 for the warranty". Still never got a straight answer"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
