Dell special ordered the gutter color that I wanted without any additional charge. It took a couple of weeks for the gutter material to arrive, but he scheduled the installation for a few days afterward. The workers that Dell arranged to come out to install my gutters were friendly and very helpful about answering my questions. It only took about two and one half hours for them to complete the installation. The gutters look nice and easily handled the one rainfall we've had since they went up.
