"Dishonest Company. When you sign up, the don't say anything - but they won't actually service your property automatically. They send a spammy text (which you ofc ignore because who doesn't ignore spammy texts) and if you don't manually schedule with them they just don't service your property. Was with them a year until I realized they weren't having any problem billing me, but never once came out to service. AVOID"

"Newbys did a poor job . Very unprofessional and not responsive to our concerns. We had the spray our gravel areas for weed control. Their tech person over sprayed their product on our stucco siding as high as 3 feet up. We called him after he left and he told us to just spray it off with our house. That's not my job . A year later I can still see where some of the overspray was. They contacted me about doing our property this year and I explained our experience. She told me the owner would call me back about my concerns. He never did. I would not recommend them for any work."
