"I worked with Chris and Mike to design an operable pergola to cover my patio that receives sun all day and was uncomfortable to sit out . Both Chris and Mike were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The quality and operation of the pergola is exceptional and the crew that installed it were professional in all aspects. "We had a total remodel of our kitchen with removal of walls and basically everything gutted down to the studs. Jim work with us through the initial design of the kitchen all the way through the final walk through. Our kitchen is FANTASTIC! Jim was able to provide valuable insight throughout the process and guided us through all of the key decisions on layout and construction plans. When challenges came up or unexpected repairs were needed, Jim explained the approach and got everything set up perfectly. Our kitchen is now the focal point in our house and we are so happy we went with Lockhart Construction!"

"I feel sorry for amyone that had an opportunity to work with this family owned, local business, and wind up using someone else. Ive had an amazing experience with Jay, his brother Serge and the crew that worked on my home for 3 weeks. They have worked closely with my designer and painted the entire home. We also found out that they do carpemtry too and had them do the ceiling trays in the great room. I will be recomending them to all of my family. Terrific job LHI!"
