We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt.

As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block.

"They were very responsive and super friendly. They showed up when they said they would and started the work right away. I needed a ramp built for my dog because he couldn't handle the steps anymore. They understood the urgency of this and immediately began working on it. When it was almost completed i had to change it mid stream because I misjudged the ramp incline. "The work was completed. He located the blockage in the pipe and in the process replaced the sink, faucet and disposal. It took 3 visits and significantly more money than the purchased coupon and estimated amount. I believe he was competent however, Rene, the plumber brought absolutely no equipment and few tools with him. I was paying him by the hour and he made 3 visits to Home Depot to buy tools and parts (common pvc pipe) all of which was "on the clock". He also charged me for everything he purchased including a snake that he needed in order to locate the clog in the drain. Am I wrong to expect that a plumber would have a snake? He didn't use all of the parts he purchased and gave them to me telling me that I could return them to Home Depot. However, because he used a debit card and I didn't want the money returned to that debit card, Home Depot didn't want to do the return - they did however, end up giving me store credit. He did not come at the times he said he would. He ended up doing the work very late in the afternoon stretching into the night. He left at midnight on one of the visits. I think because of the coupon they offered they have more business than they can actually handle. I chose them because their quote was cheaper than the other plumbers I called and they were offering a coupon $129 for 2 hours of work. However, in the end it cost me more than what the other plumbers quoted and I felt like I paid for a lot of time for him to run to Home Depot. I do believe he did a good job in installing the sink, faucet and disposal and he did locate the blockage using a much larger snake which was underneath the foundation floor."
