Last summer, shortly after purchasing my home, I contacted them to repair or replace a few small sections of vinyl siding that had come loose. I got four quotes from reputable local companies. What followed was a high-pressure inspection where they picked apart nearly every aspect of my siding, claiming shoddy workmanship—except for the areas I had specifically asked about, like the siding around my windows, which they conveniently said looked fine. Then came the scare tactics: they told me that unless I replaced both the siding (and the roof!), my house “wouldn’t survive the winter.” They conveniently offered me 0% financing for the job.
