"Excellent. Dennis, the inspector, called in advance to let me know when he would arrive, he reviewed installed systems and previous work, and inspected the property. I suspected that this would also be an opportunity for them to suggest additional work, which Dennis did, including purchasing future inspections, some work around the house foundation and injections to lift our sunken sidewalk and gaps under our concrete front porch. No purchase was made at the time, but I am considering some suggestions, which I found helpful. Dennis was very courteous, and observed necessary precautions during these COVID times."

The causes and symptoms the service engineer described matched my experiences even though he came during a dry period when there was no water. He explained that an addition, with poured concrete walls, would not require treatment and did not try to sell treatment for that area. I have had no flooding since treatment, despite storms dropping up to 6 inches of rain in one day. The treatment was amazingly fast considering all the work they did, and they cleaned up very well after the treatment. It was the best investment I have made in home repair / improvement."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"It was great! We called Steve when we discovered the leak as Steve had fixed another crack in our foundation last year and we were very satisfied with the results. We discovered the crack on Tuesday morning. Steve was at our house within the hour, gave us an estimate and had his crew here Thursday. The workers did a great job and cleaned up the area so it looks like nothing was disturbed. It was a very difficult job due to the amount of water in the soil and clay but they persisted. We are very happy and would definitely call them again! We hope we don't have to but if you need them, they are the people to call!"
