"Jeff was amazing. My Tenant was hearing scratching in the attic. I had a large well known company come out to inspect it and give me an estimate for any extermination and prevention. The “salesman” quoted me over $1400 to seal the house and potentially more for additional work. I called Absolute Animal Control for a second opinion after reading the reviews on Angie’s List. Jeff came out within 3 hours of calling and actually got up in the attic and inspected, not just walking around the outside. He also got a detailed history of the occurrences from the Tenant which led him to believe it was not rats. Final story was that there were lizards in the attic and no rats or rat droppings at all. He indicated he could seal the house doing the same things quoted by the other company for around $300 or could meet my handyman who was coming the next day to show him what to seal. At all times Jeff was polite and informative. I would recommend him to anyone."
