"The flooring subs were great. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I hope we get Mario and Cory to do the flooring in our pool house.
The countertop/granite guys were also top-notch and there work was A-grade as well.
They lost point for the kitchen cabinet installer who was erratic and did not do the job as he promised. It took calling, emailing photos to Joe Awad to get Carl to come back. Even then he left a mess and did a half-assed crappy job on the walls. Joe offered to make-good but we were fed up with Carl and hate begging people to do their job, honoring the commitment.

"This was my first experience with granite countertops. Dealing with Ailsa with Unique Transportations was a pleasant and pain free. I was walked through the whole process from ideas to measuring to picking out the perfect stone. I was also invited to pick out the perfect sink and faucet from one other their venders. The installation was done very professionally. Perfectionist all the way!! Even after the completion, they did follow ups to make sure I was happy. Excellent!! I recommend to anyone who wants top quality and beautiful countertops. It transformed my home. Thank Again!!"

"Our small kitchen had lower ceilings and very small cabinets so we basically had no storage room and the kitchen was very dark They raised the ceilings add spots lights installed bigger cabinets with beautiful quartz countertops and floors Now we have a lots of space lights and we just enjoy cooking and having people over! "The first person came to check both toilets as neither were working. Did fix the second toilet that day but could not fix the master one as he did not have a cutter to cut the limb out. Had to come back the next day. A second person came and did remove the limb but there was no guarantees on their job even if it the stoppage wasn't caused another limb. Was not too happy about the price. Paid $165 the first day with him telling me it would be another $85 unless they had to put a camera down. When I received it was $285 not $250 for the stoppage so my balance was $120 for stoppage. No camera was used but it was another $85 to reset water closet and $140 to repair flange which was not told to me the first day. Had to pay another $345."
