"Tech was great. Polite, informative. I asked for a few days to decide if I want to go thru with a repair or just get a new washer."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Keith, the owner, was professional, prompt, and honest from start to finish. He kept me informed and made it a priority to get my washing machine fixed before I went out of town. He also helped my parents with their oven, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from someone who truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend!"
