"Our house roof and siding were 61 years old and we decided to replace them. We found a HOME Genius Exteriors and we decided to call them. On the same day Nicholas Heiss showed in our house. He gave us a very fair competitive quote for roof replacement but also for the siding and gutters. Next day the team with AJ Mayer (project manager) and Willy (crew chief) arrived at our door. The team was punctual, friendly and incurable hardworking! They have to replace all the roof and worked on the job all day to finish the same day they started. They cleaned up all property and we had a new roof. Next week, a new siding was done also in one day. The last were gutters and our house look like just was built. i highly recommend this company and i wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future roofing and siding needs. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. "This was a gazebo roof replacement. Shingles were covered with moss and 5 of the 8 panel edges were wet rotted. Repairs required 4 or 5 sheets of 3/4" plywood and 2 X 4 supports be replaced before the new shingles could be installed. The roof pitch is very steep and slippery under the removed shingles. All of this required slow, careful work that Robert tackled himself, not a group of subcontractors. The finished work was exactly what I contracted for and I am completely satisfied with the quality and appearance of the job. Robert and Casey were a great team and displayed excellent people skills.in my interactions with them, which was daily. "Darren is not one of those contractors who talk you into signing the contract, then disappear and leave the work to a crew from Home Depot. He knows roofing and knows how to direct his crew, and they did a great job all the way around. The roof was in bad condition, and our contract had the list of things to do, but the crew found lots of other issues and dealt with them all rather than brush them off as off-contract. I get the sense that they honestly wanted the roof to be perfect when they were finished. The crew finished a day late on a two-week contract, but Darren knocked a few bucks off to make up for it."

I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. "My husband and I had a lot of questions and discussion with Robert before we made the choice to go with K&R Roofmasters. Robert was very patient and thorough in his presentation of what his company does when replacing a roof and in explaining our options. After his initial presentation, we had many questions before making the decision. (We had a previous bad experience with a different contractor when trying to obtain a roof estimate, so we were overly cautious.) All our questions and concerns were met with patient explanations. Robert was the ONLY contractor that went in our attic to inspect the roof from the underside before giving us an estimate.  When we made the decision to use K&R, we felt pretty confident that we would be satisfied.
Our roof was way past its lifetime. It was "potato chip" condition and there were leaks. Because our budget was straining from making this purchase, we were concerned about what would be discovered under the old roof shingles. Unfortunately, a lot of pieces of plywood had rot in it and had to be replaced. Robert's team checked every piece of our roof for structural integrity so only the pieces which were actually damaged would be replaced. This helped to save us money rather than just telling us it all had to be redone. Robert never tried to pressure us into doing unnecessary work which we really appreciated.
The team Robert used was a group of nice, hard-working, respectful men; Robert supervised and did some of the hands-on work. Everything was cleaned up well and the end result is a very well done, attractive roof with a power fan to keep our attic cool to help protect the shingles so they will last longer. We have gone through an entire winter with snow, ice, wind, and lots of rain and there has not been one leak or problem with our roof. Robert told me several times if we have any issues, call and he will tend to it and I'm sure he will, if needed.
Also, anytime I called the office, I had respectful and kind staff members help me.
