Not only did Elite get ALL traces of that odor out of the rug, the rug came back looking so shiny and nice. (And it didn't smell like any kind of perfume or scent.) I've had this rug cleaned numerous times and this was the best, hands down. The owner and his helper were very courteous, laid down the carpet and the new pad perfectly, and did everything right on time. Oh, and for a very good price."

"I've used Elite for a few years now. While the service wasn't terrible, this last time the came was unacceptable, disgusting and unsanitary. The maids started in one bedroom and got blood on all my new bedding and upholstered headboard. I was home and rather than coming to get me, the proceed to do the same thing in the next 3 bedrooms. Blood on every single piece of bedding and the upholstered headboards. I contacted Elite and they refused to do anything about it. They wouldn't even speak with me on the phone. I got an email saying they won't do anything. I would not recommend a company whose employees would be so unsanitary and a management staff that refuses to work with clients to make a situation right."
