"We called to get a quote and the office manager was upfront on pricing, answered all my questions, and even encouraged me to get other quotes and I did. I really just wasted my time because a couple hours later I was calling back after getting outrageous quotes or being told they would have to come and inspect it and couldn't give a quote which I didn't have time for all that nonsense. My only regret is not just going with Ambassador right away because I could have gotten in the next day but they got me scheduled for the following day which I couldn't believe it would be that quick. They scheduled me from 8 to 10 and they were messaged me enroute by 807. I live quite the distance being in St.louis county and they are in Troy but he was here quick. He was very nice and wore shoe coverings and even listened to my dog bark for hours while he worked. There were no secret fees or new charges what I was quoted is what I paid well that and the stupid credit card charge I totally forgot is a thing now in restaurants so have cash or a check to save you more money. I will be using them for any plumbing needs going forward."

The plumber they sent was on time, friendly, honest (he didn't try to upsell me models) and was less than a third the price of the 1st company I had called. "It started off bad because I had the water heater installed, submitted my paperwork for my rebate for the installation and then my rebate ended up not getting honored because the water heater that was installed didn't qualify for Spire's rebate. Turn's out that the water heater that would fit my location as well as satisfy Spire's rebate, I would have had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for that specific water heater so, the owner of Hosack's Plumbing cut me a check for the amount of the rebate and the amount over time that the new water heater would have saved me. Not the perfect situation but, that was a win win for me as well as Hosack's Plumbing because a good water heater was installed just not one that would quite fit the Spire requirements for the rebate! Hence we didn't need to take a brand new water heater out and replace it with another water heater that was just .05 UEF Higher!"

"Garrett Korn was my installer from Mr. Rooter. I was informed prior to his arrival that he was on his way and he arrived shortly after 8:00 for an 8 - 10 AM window. He quickly analyzed our plumbing problem, gave us a quote right away (which I agreed to) and then left to get all the parts he needed. He was only gone for a short period of time, did all the work, and was totally completed before 10:00 AM. The quality of the work was very good and now we are up and running again. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and selfishly ask for Garrett. He is easy to work with and very competent."

"John was extremely helpful in patiently exchanging many emails with me as I tried to determine whether I wanted to try a repair or a more expensive replacement of all the bath and shower hardware. He did not try to push me one way or another but rather simply conveyed what might work and the relative cost for Mayo to do the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, & promptly responded to questions. As it turned out I was able to replace a cartridge myself. However he will be my first call next time I need any pro for plumbing services."

"It all started with a leak.  They fixed the leak and then offered us a deal to remodel.  The workmen were great.  They all were very good at their work.  They finisher, painter etc was phenomenal.   We purchased all the materials and I was very clear what I wanted for a shower head.  However, the owner did not listen to me and installed something different.  What we have is fine but not what I asked for.  He then left the workman to deal with my disappointment.  There was an issue with the toilet seat after the work was completed and I called the owner to tell him about and he never responded to that phone call.  Because of these things I would not recommend this service provider.  However, his workman were great, people rave about the workmanship of our remodel."

Although running late from a previous appointment, he assured me he would keep his promised appointment and arrived at my home around 4 p.m. to bid the project. He quoted me a price for labor that was considerably below other estimates, and provide necessary materials at cost (showing me the purchase receipt). What truly amazed me was that, even though it was quite late to begin the job, he did the work immediately (rather than returning at a later, scheduled date), including running to Home Depot to procure the parts. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and with no surprises. The project was completed totally to my satisfaction, with the worksite cleaned of all debris at completion. I will definitely contact Allin1 Plumbing for my next plumbing project. I should also mention that Maurice, fully capable to perform the needed plumbing, was also congenial, extremely polite, and most importantly, highly professional."
